Gary Ruddell

Gary Ruddell spent his career working out what adversaries are up to. After serving in the Royal Navy and Military Intelligence, he built a career in Cyber Threat Intelligence across financial services, at Virgin Money, Credit Suisse in Singapore and UBS. He’s also an OSCP, Offensive Security’s notoriously gruelling hands-on hacking certification, so he knows how attackers think because he’s trained as one. Along the way he discovered that intelligence is only as useful as the story it tells, and he started publishing. That became The Intel Lab, a YouTube channel followed by over 60,000 subscribers. He went on to co-found Switchfire, where as creative director he helps global businesses communicate with the same clarity.
